Refund Policy
At Smashing Agency, we value your satisfaction with our design services. If you find yourself dissatisfied with any of the design services we provide, please take note of our refund policy.

Refund Eligibility:
- You can submit a refund request within five days of the completion of your initial design project.
- It is assumed that you are satisfied with the initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of the initial design submission.
- The refund policy is only applicable to services or packages that specifically mention a money-back guarantee on the website or the invoice.

Refund Process:
- Refund requests will be processed as follows:
- If a refund request is made before any design submissions, you will be eligible for a full refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
- If a refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 66% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
- If a refund request is made beyond 48 hours but within 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for a 33% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
- No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery or if final design files have been shared with you. However, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, and you may contact us anytime via email or phone in case of any queries.

- All refund requests should be communicated to our Support department. Please get in touch with our support team to initiate the refund process.
- Smashing Agency, based on the violation of your user agreement, reserves the right to approve or disapprove your refund request on an individual, case-by-case basis.
